Summer 2011

This trip fell perfectly between my summer and full semester.  Between the capstone and the work I had to do to get credit for this trip, I was concerned I wouldn’t have the feeling of a “vacation”.  However, thanks to some awesome counselors and some awesome new friends, I had the most fun earning 3 credits I have ever had. I entered the trip expecting to know nobody, but when a friend turned up on the trip, and then 3 more students from UF, I instantly felt at home. I made numerous connections and have made some lasting friendships.
